Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship online orders within Australia and New Zealand only.

If you're shopping from the USA, you can also find a select range of Uncut styles through Nordstrom.

We're always looking to expand. If you'd love to see Uncut stocked in your country, we'd love to hear from you. Email us at info@uncutshoes.com.au and let us know where you'd like to shop Uncut next.

What are your shipping times?

We know you're keen to get your new shoes as quickly as possible, and our team works hard to dispatch every order promptly.

Australia

  • Metro areas: 2–7 business days
  • Regional & rural areas: 5–10 business days

New Zealand

  • 10-12 business days


Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey every step of the way. Sorry we don't accept COD or rainchecks.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes! We offer Express Shipping within Australia at a flat rate of $20.

If you need your order in a hurry, simply select Express Shipping at checkout. Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, with delivery times depending on your location and the Australia Post network.

Please note that while Express Shipping prioritises your parcel, delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed during peak periods or unforeseen carrier delays.

How much does delivery cost?

  • Orders under $85: Standard Shipping $9.95
  • Orders over $85: FREE Standard Shipping.
  • Express Shipping: $20.00 on all orders, regardless of order value

New Zealand

  • Flat-rate Standard Shipping: $20.00 on all orders
  • Express Shipping: Not currently available

All shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

My delivery hasn’t arrived, what can I do?

You should receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can use this to track your parcel via the Australia Post website and view the latest delivery updates.

If your parcel appears delayed or you have any questions about your delivery, our Customer Care team is here to help.

Sizing

What size will I be and where can I find a size guide on the Uncut's website?

Every product page includes a link to our Size Guide to help you find your best fit. While our shoes are made to standard Australian men's sizing, fit may vary slightly between styles, so we always recommend checking the size guide before placing your order.

If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up. You can also use an insole or heel grip for a more secure fit if needed.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your Uncut shoes. If they're not quite right, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided the shoes are unworn, in their original condition, and returned with the original shoebox and packaging.

  • Full-priced items are eligible for a refund to your original payment method.
  • Sale items are eligible for a store credit only.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are deemed faulty.

Returns are processed through our Refundid returns portal. A $14.50 return handling fee (which covers return postage) will be deducted from your refund or store credit when your return is processed.

Please note:

  • Shoes must be unworn.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox and packaging.
  • If you believe your item is faulty, or you've received the wrong item, please contact our Customer Care team before lodging your return. If your claim is approved, we'll arrange the return at no cost to you.

Instead of waiting for your return to arrive at our warehouse and be processed, Refundid can issue your refund in as little as 30 seconds after your return is approved. Simply lodge your return through the Refundid portal, send your items back, and enjoy a faster refund experience.

What do I do after getting my instant refund?

Once you've received your instant refund from Refundid, simply send your return back using the instructions provided in the Refundid returns portal.

Please ensure your items are returned within the required timeframe and in their original, unworn condition, including the original shoebox and packaging. If your return isn't sent back or doesn't meet our returns policy, Refundid may reverse the refund or store credit.

Payment

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept Afterpay, Paypal, Visa, Master Card and American Express.

On the payment page it's asking for a security code, where can I find this?

The card security code is the last three digits above signature strip on the reverse of your Credit or Debit card (or the front of American Express cards).

What Buy Now, Pay Later payment options do you offer?

We offer a range of Buy Now, Pay Later payment options at checkout, making it easy to shop now and pay over time.

You can choose from:

  • Afterpay
  • PayPal

Simply select your preferred payment option at checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

Please note that all Buy Now, Pay Later services are subject to the individual provider's terms, conditions and approval criteria.

Can I use Refundid with Afterpay or other Buy Now, Pay Later services?

Yes! You can use Refundid even if you paid with a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) provider such as Afterpay or Klarna.

Simply lodge your return through our Refundid portal as usual. If your return is approved, you'll receive your instant refund, which you can then use to pay any outstanding balance with your BNPL provider.

Please note: Your BNPL repayments will not be automatically cancelled or adjusted by Refundid. You are responsible for continuing your repayments and using your instant refund to settle any remaining balance with your BNPL provider.

General Enquiry

Can I be confident entering my credit card details on your site?

Your online credit card transactions are secure with Uncut. We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry-standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We never store your credit card details.

Can my private details be trusted with you?

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
